Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the ICOS 5 in 2021 have been postponed to 2022. The Organizing Committee invites you to the 5th International Conodont Symposium (ICOS 5) which will be held in Wuhan City, China during late June in 2022. Considering the pandemic situation, we will organize this symposium as a combination of offline (on site), and online (visual) meeting. The scientific program will cover all aspects of conodont, and symposium will provide conodont researchers with an opportunity to present their research. The symposium will include three full days of scientific sessions and a post-symposium field trip.
The conference will take place in the campus of China University of Geosciences (CUG), Wuhan. It will be organized by State Key Laboratory of Biogeology and Environmental Geology (CUG) and School of Earth Sciences (CUG). Wuhan is the capital city of Hubei Province in Central China, the biggest city in the middle reach of Yangtze River. Wuhan Tianhe International Airport has international flight direct from New York City, San Francisco, Tokyo, Istanbul, Dubai, Sydney, Bali, Bangkok, Moscow, Osaka, Seoul, and Singapore. And Wuhan is well connected by airplane and by high‐speed rails with Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou.
