Progressive Palaeontology: Bristol 26–28th May 2010
Progressive Palaeontology 2010 is now over.
The meeting this year had 24 talks and 10 posters from the full range of topics and techniques at the cutting edge of our science. 55 delegates from five nations were in attendance. We even had a full day of glorious sunshine for the field trip, and a successive haul of fossils!
Congratulations to Colin Palmer (University of Bristol), Dave Marshall and Javier Ortega (University of Cambridge) for winning the prizes for best talks, and Alex Liu (University of Oxford) and Emily Woodruff (University of Bristol) for winning the prizes for best posters.
Thanks to everyone for coming and making the conference such a success. We especially thank the Palaeontological Association, Cambridge University Press, and the Taylor & Francis group for supporting the meeting.
And finally, good luck to Leicester for next year's Progressive Palaeontology!
