The 61st Annual Meeting of the Palaeontological Association is being held in London at Imperial College from the 17th–19th December 2017, with fieldtrips on the 20th December. The meeting will be hosted by the Department of Earth Science & Engineering, and will take place in the Royal School of Mines (RSM) and Sir Alexander Flemming (SAF) buildings. Imperial is one of the world’s top Universities, well supplied with both modern facilities and Victorian architecture, all in a small and easily navigated campus in the heart of London. The venue is next door to the gothic glories and outstanding palaeontological collections of the Natural History Museum (see note below) and a stone’s throw from other famous cultural landmarks as well - the Albert Hall, Hyde Park, The Science Museum, etc.
