Abstract

Sixteen species of ammonites are described from the Lower Albian, Cenomanian and Turonian. They include new species of Sciponoceras, Scaphites, Chimbuites and Acanthoceras. Others are well-known wide-ranging species. Chimbuites is now securely dated to the Cenomanian.
