Abstract

A re-examination of existing museum collections of goniatites from the Culm Measures of Devon and Cornwall shows that most of the Carboniferous goniatite zones and subzones are represented in this region. The only zones for which there is at present no evidence are the Eumorphoceras and Lower Gastrioceras Zones.
