Abstract

The morphology and stratigraphical importance of species of Marssonella and Pseudotextulariella from the Chalk of England are discussed. The type specimens of Pseudotextulariella preserved in the Cushman collection have been re-examined. This genus from the Cenomanian has been re-studied particularly in relation to the internal structures, which are re-described. The relationships of several conical arenaceous Foraminifera are discussed.
