Abstract

A new species of the dasycladacean alga Trinocladus is described as T. exoticus sp. nov.; it comes from the Upper Cretaceous of Borneo. Other Trinocladus spp. are Cretaceous and Eocene of the circum-Mediterranean, Middle East, and Caribbean.
